Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Delivery & Planning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a roadmap for projects and operations using agile planning
• Coordinate requests and facilitate roadmap presentations with stakeholders
• Lead agile practices like sprints and retrospectives to ensure project progress

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in Infrastructure & Operations
• Strong leadership experience with mentoring teams and leading cross-functional projects
• Proven ability to balance project and operational work in a technology-focused team
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and hands-on project management
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally supporting healthcare or government contracts
