Senior IT Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Planning & Delivery Lead, Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of Financial Systems initiatives and ensure alignment with company priorities
• Implement agile delivery practices and manage capacity planning for Financial Systems teams
• Act as the primary planning and delivery partner for key Finance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and status updates

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT Project/Program Management, with 4+ years focused on financial systems or ERP delivery (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes and their integration with systems like NetSuite
• Deep experience with agile project management and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar work management tools
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GAAP, SOX) and collaborating with Finance/Accounting on audit requirements
