Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise software solutions, the full-time Senior IT Development Lead will provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring scalable and secure applications while promoting Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a remote environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, particularly with the Microsoft technology stack
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, and modern web application development
