Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of enterprise software solutions, the full-time Senior IT Development Lead will provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring scalable and secure applications while promoting Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in the design, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
• Serve as a technical leader for application architecture and integration strategies while adopting development best practices
• Drive the development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, and production support activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Eight (8)+ years of software development experience focused on the Microsoft technology stack
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Experience in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, and modern web application development
