Job Summary
Leading the Information Technology Department in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior IT Director will build a customer-focused team, drive operational improvements, and develop strategic IT initiatives to support Docker's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build a metrics-driven IT organization focused on continual service improvement and internal customer satisfaction

Required qualifications
- 12+ years of global IT leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup
- Proven ability to develop high-level strategies and convert them into actionable plans
- Experience with AI and automation in managing systems and processes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
