Senior IT Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Senior IT Endpoint Engineer, the full-time position will architect, secure, and optimize a globally distributed endpoint ecosystem across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms, leveraging modern Unified Endpoint Management tools in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain centralized endpoint management systems, establishing global workstation standards and performance optimizations
• Manage the global hardware and endpoint software deployment lifecycle, driving zero-touch provisioning strategies for onboarding and offboarding
• Implement automated application packaging, software distribution, and OS patch management strategies to ensure fleet consistency and security

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint applications and management solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced technical knowledge of Windows and macOS hardware and operating systems
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for endpoint management
• Hands-on experience with deploying and managing Windows Terminal Server, Cloud PCs, or virtual desktop infrastructure
