Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to manage and optimize IT functions while providing exceptional support to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and triage customer issues from ingestion to resolution, including project management for organizational changes
• Implement best practices for IT functions to enhance workforce productivity securely
• Manage projects related to device management, identity management, hardware logistics, and user lifecycle to automate processes
