Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. IT Engineer who will serve as the primary IT contact in North America, focusing on delivering exceptional technology support and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality IT support and troubleshooting for end users during US working hours
• Act as a strategic partner to US-based teams, enhancing their technology experience through proactive engagement
• Implement automations and improvements to streamline IT processes and enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, IT operations, or a similar role
• Strong experience with identity and access management tools, particularly Okta
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Proficiency in SaaS productivity tools like Google Workspace and Slack
• Experience managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
