Qualifications/Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT service management, system administration, or infrastructure engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience managing secure access enclaves through endpoint management or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Demonstrated experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR
• Expert-level skills in administering common SaaS stacks like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
