Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance employee security and productivity, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will manage identity and access infrastructure, focusing on authentication, provisioning, and endpoint compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve identity infrastructure, including authentication policies and access governance
• Manage provisioning, entitlement reviews, and role-based permissions across critical systems
• Maintain device management for a macOS fleet, ensuring compliance and supportability at scale

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in IT engineering or systems administration with experience in identity and access infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Okta, including managing identity lifecycle workflows and API integrations
• Experience administering Google Workspace at scale, including user and policy management
• Hands-on networking fundamentals with experience in Cisco Meraki
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and support team development
