Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of internal IT infrastructure, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will design, implement, and optimize systems for employee technology experience and automation while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and continuously improve internal IT infrastructure and end-user systems
• Define and optimize onboarding/offboarding workflows through automation and system integrations
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues across corporate hardware and enterprise SaaS platforms

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT engineering or advanced systems administration
• Deep technical expertise in macOS environments and operational knowledge of Windows client ecosystems
• Strong administrative experience with Identity & Access Management platforms and enterprise MDM suites
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across corporate hardware and network routing protocols
• Proficiency in scripting and code-driven automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
