Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and scaling technology systems in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Corporate IT Engineer will manage endpoint management, identity and access, SaaS administration, and automation while ensuring security and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee endpoint management for Windows and macOS, including provisioning, MDM policies, software deployment, and compliance
• Administer identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace, focusing on SSO, roles, permissions, and access policies
• Automate IT workflows and serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues across various systems and security tooling

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in owning corporate IT systems and leading cross-functional technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS environments in a cloud-first organization
• Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms with a strong understanding of identity lifecycle management
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell in Windows environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across devices, identity systems, and security tooling independently
