Senior IT Engineer

Job Summary

Leading moderately complex projects from technical design through completion, the full-time salaried Senior IT Engineer will manage data architecture development, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an on-call subject matter expert to manage administrative failures and messaging events
• Support data architecture development and optimize data pipelines for high-volume data sets
• Conduct data validation, unit testing, and troubleshooting for data model usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 72 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Proficiency in Python and Azure Cloud Platform services for data processing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines built on Azure DevOps and ETL Development using SSIS or Informatica
• Knowledge of data architectures involving Delta Lake, Lakehouse, and data warehousing
