Senior IT Engineer
Job Summary
Managing IT infrastructure in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will oversee cloud services, provide IT support, and enhance IT systems while ensuring optimal performance and security.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT contact globally across the company
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services including Google, Atlassian, and Microsoft
- Implement enhancements to IT tools and processes while providing support to remote employees
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in IT support/administration
- Proficient with MacOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 account and email management
- Direct experience deploying and maintaining device management solutions such as Intune
