Senior IT Engineer
Job Summary
Owning IT and corporate engineering end-to-end, the full-time Senior IT Engineer will manage vendor relationships, define security posture, and automate processes to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT and corporate engineering, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes
- Manage external IT partners and define service level agreements (SLAs) for delivery
- Design and implement onboarding, offboarding, and access entitlement processes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT or corporate engineering, with senior-level ownership
- Deep experience with identity providers such as Okta, including SSO and SCIM design
- Practical experience managing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Automation skills in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go)
- Experience managing outsourced IT providers and understanding their success factors
