Senior IT FP&A Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end technology strategy and delivery for the Financial Planning & Analysis function, the full-time Senior IT FP&A Consultant will work in a hybrid capacity to manage the FP&A technology roadmap, support the Anaplan platform, and oversee integrations with Oracle ERP and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own the FP&A technology roadmap by aligning technology investments with enterprise goals
• Support the Anaplan platform, including model governance and ongoing optimization
• Manage data integrations between Oracle ERP, HCM, and Salesforce to ensure a single source of truth for FP&A

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience in enterprise applications supporting Finance/FP&A functions, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Deep hands-on experience with Anaplan and strong understanding of EPM best practices
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly in Financials and HCM modules
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines using middleware/integration platforms
• Proven ability to operate as a Strategic Product Owner or IT Business Partner
