Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve the IT controls framework, including documentation and risk management
Oversee the audit process within IT, ensuring effective communication and management of audits
Lead the development and enforcement of AI governance policies to ensure ethical use of AI technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
Expertise in governance, controls, and risk management
Experience in IT software development lifecycle process improvement
Ability to manage complex IT process change initiatives
