Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Technical Lead for Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions
- Lead and manage Microsoft 365-related projects, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
- Establish governance, manage permissions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams
- Experience developing and delivering Copilot Applications
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and M365 security
