Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage global L3 server hardware support, deliver scalable server designs, and lead automation scripting initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide global L3 hardware support and conduct in-depth root cause forensic analysis for complex server issues
• Act as the Automation Lead, driving scripting initiatives and automated server configurations to streamline operations
• Oversee firmware updates and manage server and component testing while creating comprehensive standards documentation

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years at an enterprise level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of x86 server hardware and expert-level understanding of OOB management systems
• Extensive experience with Windows and LINUX server operating systems and strong knowledge of TCP/IP
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
