Senior IT Internal Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Internal Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 process, including documentation, testing, and coordination with finance and IT
• Perform individual internal audit projects, focusing on IT operational processes
• Assist with internal audit management, periodic reporting to the audit committee, and development of the annual internal audit plan

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant degree desired
• 5+ years of prior relevant audit experience, preferably including SOX ITGCs and IT audits
• 2+ years experience in public accounting
• Experience as an in-charge auditor
• CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CFE or equivalent certifications preferred
