Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager IT - Software Engineering to oversee software delivery for their Online Banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach a team of software engineers and quality assurance engineers on best practices and system design principles
• Champion application development security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Lead project planning and execution through agile methodologies, fostering collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• Proven experience in managing teams of at least 8 to 12 resources
• Strong understanding of software delivery management, including analysis, design, and implementation of technology architectures
• Experience with Microservices, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and project management tools
