Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager to oversee and maintain its computer infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and administer IT policies related to network hardware and software, including security and backup procedures
• Manage hardware and software deployment for new hire onboarding and off-boarding
• Monitor and audit IT infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with administration and configuration of MDM/EDM tools
• 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools
• 6+ years of experience troubleshooting MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices
• Extensive knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
• Ability to work within a budget and find cost-effective solutions
