Senior IT Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr IT Manager- Real Estate Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive delivery and support of the application portfolio related to REC Originations processes
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver projects that meet enterprise, risk, and compliance standards
- Partner with business leaders to translate market trends and client needs into technology solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in leading teams, preferably in financial services or real estate capital markets
- Experience with REC Originations platforms or loan origination systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Experience in preparing and justifying business cases for REC Originations initiatives
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in REC Originations projects
