Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager responsible for overseeing software release processes and ensuring the reliability of core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end release management lifecycle, including planning and coordination
• Oversee the operational health and maintenance of IT infrastructure services
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to operational staff while serving as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, release engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation
• Experience providing technical leadership or oversight to team members
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for change and incident management (preferred)
