Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT to drive the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise SaaS hosting and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT and cloud infrastructure strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Monitor hosting expenditures and implement strategies for cloud cost optimization while maintaining reliability and security
• Manage Azure environments to ensure high availability, redundancy, and security for enterprise SaaS hosting

Required Qualifications

• Progressive IT leadership experience managing enterprise cloud infrastructure and SaaS hosting environments
• Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, and hybrid hosting environments
• Experience managing identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID and implementing infrastructure security controls
• Comfortable working directly with client IT teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Hold or are pursuing an Azure certification (Az-104 or higher)
