Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee corporate IT and security functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, end-user experience, and helpdesk operations
• Oversee identity and access management, including Okta and Microsoft Entra ID
• Lead security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 program ownership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a senior IT and security role in a company of 200-500 employees
• Experience in IT strategy ownership, including roadmap definition and operational accountability
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft stack (Intune, Defender, Entra, M365) and Okta administration
• Direct experience managing a SOC 2 program and familiarity with audit processes
• Proven people management experience, including developing IT team members
