Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the organization, the full-time Senior IT Manager will oversee ERP management, software implementations, and AI rollouts while leading a small team in a hybrid work environment based in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring reliability and integration with connected systems
• Lead software evaluations and AI tool rollouts, partnering with various departments to meet their technology needs
• Develop and maintain a prioritized IT roadmap, managing projects with clear scopes, timelines, and success criteria

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in software implementation
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail environments
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer/Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred
