Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise IT operations and infrastructure, the full-time Senior IT Manager will develop and execute operational strategies, manage vendor relationships, and enhance core IT platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT operational strategies across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and budgeting for enterprise IT infrastructure
• Manage and enhance core IT platforms to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT teams and enterprise IT operations
• Strong hands-on expertise with enterprise IT platforms including JAMF, Okta, and Active Directory
• Minimum 1 year of programming or scripting experience using languages such as Python or PowerShell
• Experience building automations and managing enterprise SaaS platforms at scale
• Comprehensive experience working within cloud-first or hybrid environments
