Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading IT operations for a global team, the full-time Senior IT Manager will ensure seamless technology access while maintaining security and compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment, directly managing a small support team and optimizing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and manage help desk coverage while personally handling support tickets
• Build and maintain systems for process visibility, regulatory compliance, and cross-organizational collaboration
• Optimize costs and vendor relationships, managing budgets and assessing software options for maximum value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of IT operations experience, preferably in technology or startup environments
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a preference for managing remote and/or international teams
• Technical proficiency in endpoint management, identity/access management, Google Workspace, Jira, and modern SaaS ecosystems
• Experience with process and compliance documentation, vendor management, and adapting to regulatory requirements
