Senior IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing, globally distributed team, the full-time Senior IT Manager will architect enterprise-grade identity and access controls, manage IT services with an AI-first approach, and oversee a portfolio of over 200 applications in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transform IT operations to a proactive, AI-first model for onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience
• Develop and manage enterprise-grade identity, endpoint management, and zero-trust access protocols
• Oversee major incident responses and enforce policies on access, procurement, and security across departments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Systems Engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role in a high-growth remote company
• Proven experience implementing AI and automation in IT or security operations
• Deep technical knowledge of Okta and Jamf, as well as SaaS governance at scale
• Strong strategic execution skills, translating business direction into actionable IT strategies
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively across senior levels in various departments
