Senior IT Manager
Job Summary
Driving IT strategy and operations, the full-time Senior IT Manager will oversee the development of innovative solutions, ensure the security and reliability of internal systems, and manage vendor relationships in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set IT strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including provisioning, access control, and help desk support
- Oversee endpoint security, email protection, and vendor risk management while coordinating with DevOps
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Experience supporting a distributed, remote workforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Depth in identity and access management across cloud and on-prem environments
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship
