Senior IT Manager with HIPAA Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager to oversee IT systems management and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT support and implement ITSM best practices for a remote workforce
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Oversee security strategy, conduct risk assessments, and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in information security roles
• Experience managing IT assets and services in a rapidly growing company
• Exposure to HIPAA compliance is highly desirable
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
