Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Applications Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with users, stakeholders, and team members to diagnose and resolve critical issues and incidents
Create and update technical design documents and deployment guides
Provide application support, develop data correction routines, and assist in root cause analysis

Required Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience
BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline
Strong PL/SQL and SQL experience
Experience in Utility and Smart Meter domain is a plus
