Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Analyst Senior to support general IT operations with a focus on resource and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT leadership in implementing operational strategies and provide data-driven insights for resource planning
• Assist with daily IT operations, maintaining records of activities, resource utilization, and financial transactions
• Support financial reporting and budgeting processes, tracking resource allocation and collaborating with finance teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education and experience may be accepted
• At least five years of experience in IT operations, financial analysis, or resource management
• Foundational knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and vendor governance practices
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and budgeting processes
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
