• Lead system health through advanced observability, incident response, and proactive monitoring frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or similar roles with expertise in system administration and cloud network management
• Strong proficiency in managing IT infrastructure and services, including security, network, and systems administration
• Experience with IT compliance frameworks and security protocols
• Availability for on-call duties 24x7 as necessary
