Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of 8-15 IT staff members while ensuring SLA/SLO targets are met
• Support resolution of complex technical issues and promote root cause resolution with proper documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and manage support workstreams using agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT Support
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Solid understanding of endpoint management and ITIL-aligned service management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred certifications include ITIL, CompTIA, or MCSA
