Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead and evolve the strategy and operational excellence of enterprise technology, the remote full-time Senior IT Operations Manager will build a high-performing team, drive cloud services and systems reliability, and establish strategic direction in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise infrastructure and service reliability in alignment with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Own the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-wide services and infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or cloud technologies
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing technology strategy for complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Linux/Unix systems administration, automation, and cloud platforms
• Experience leading large-scale operational initiatives and enterprise technology modernization efforts
