Senior IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and solutions-oriented, the full-time Senior IT & Business Continuity Manager will own IT operations and compliance programs, focusing on device management, SaaS administration, and GRC project management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations including device procurement, SaaS administration, and identity management
• Manage the GRC platform Vanta and coordinate compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI certifications
• Evaluate and implement AI tools while maintaining IT security fundamentals in collaboration with the Security Engineer

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or remote-first SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools, particularly Vanta, and familiarity with compliance audits
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and at least one of ISO 27001 or PCI DSS certifications
• Experience administering Notion at scale, including permissions management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their implications for productivity and security in the workplace
