Senior IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Operations Generalist to support critical operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for macOS and some Windows users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Administer and manage the Google Workspace environment, including user provisioning and security settings
• Ensure security and compliance of Mac and Windows endpoints and Google Workspace in accordance with government regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on macOS administration and Google Workspace management
• Proven experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including security and compliance
• Solid understanding of macOS and Windows security best practices and endpoint management
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements relevant to US government contracts is a plus
