Senior IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the IT operations team, the full-time remote Senior IT Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day support, systems administration, and operational improvements, ensuring a secure and efficient internal environment while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and offboarding process, enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle
• Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for complex IT issues
• Identify and implement process improvements in IT operations, including documentation and automation of workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Operations or a similar role
• Deep technical knowledge of macOS and experience with IAM and SSO/SAML solutions
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS platforms and MDM solutions
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar IT ticketing platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative communication style
