Job Summary
Providing expert IT Operations support, the full-time Senior IT Operations Technician will manage complex operational issues, mentor the IT Operations team, and support a growing federal environment in a remote role based in the Pacific Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide IT Operations support to a globally distributed organization
- Investigate and resolve complex operational issues while considering employee experience and business impact
- Mentor team members and lead root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues
Required qualifications:
- 8-12 years of IT Operations experience or equivalent senior-level technical experience
- Advanced administration experience with enterprise platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Experience with Microsoft 365 GCC High or other regulated government cloud environments
- Proven experience in leading root-cause analysis and implementing process improvements
