Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional IT and infrastructure support for all team members
Take ownership of core service administration, account management responsibilities, and managing permissions
Review and evaluate standard procedures related to team member support, implementing changes for efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations in a medium to large organization
Experience administering cloud and SaaS applications such as Office 365
Experience with Azure Active Directory/Entra, SSO, and MDM systems
Ability to troubleshoot on various operating systems and platforms remotely
Basic familiarity with Linux sysadmin utilities
