Senior IT Outsourcing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. IT Outsourcing Analyst to manage vendor compliance and support analytics related to IT outsourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT outsourcing vendors with operational and regulatory compliance
• Analyze vendor performance data and maintain KPI dashboards
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for the VNDLY system and troubleshoot related issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT outsourcing, vendor management, or contingent labor operations
• Hands-on experience with a contingent workforce management system (VNDLY preferred)
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and KPI reporting
• Experience supporting vendor contracts and outsourced programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
