Job Summary

Senior IT Procurement Analyst, a full-time contract position focused on managing end-to-end contract negotiations for IT sourcing and vendor relationships, primarily handling renewals and some new contracts, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Handle administrative tasks including data processing and reporting
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify savings opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of related IT work experience in sourcing, contracts, or vendor relationships
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business, legal, or IT-related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in IT sourcing or contracts
• Comfort with administrative work and data tracking across multiple programs
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Coupa
