Senior IT Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Payment Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of IT product managers to foster innovation and excellence
• Collaborate with various departments to understand strategic direction and deliver operational performance needs
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high quality

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• 7+ years of experience with fintech platforms, core banking systems, and API-based payment infrastructures
• Experience in enterprise-level IT product management
• Familiarity with Agile and scrum methodologies; SAFe product owner certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and payment lifecycles
