Senior IT Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior IT Product Manager will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for internal IT services, managing product life cycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle from definition and planning through production and release, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
• Direct collaboration with engineering teams to implement software solutions and manage complex integrations between systems
• Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships to enhance internal and external GitHub solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program/product management and business systems implementation, or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Business Administration
• Proven experience in managing product strategy and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of data management strategies and SQL for data analysis
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and vendor management
