Senior IT Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the modernization of the Order Entry/Accessioning workstream, the full-time Senior IT Product Manager will define and implement the product vision and strategy for the LIMS, managing complex initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead laboratory solution initiatives, including workflow definition, requirements gathering, and user training
• Champion enterprise-level lab system initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert for Order Entry/Accessioning
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery and effective change management

Required qualifications

• BS degree
• 6 or more years of experience in a medical laboratory environment
• 5 or more years leading teams on enterprise-level projects or products
• 3 or more years of experience in strategic roadmap development aligned with enterprise goals
• 3 or more years influencing senior stakeholders and governing product strategy
