Senior IT Product Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the internal hub for AI-driven initiatives, the full-time Senior IT Product Manager will manage cross-functional AI projects, define product vision and strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary intake point for AI project requests, triaging and managing a cross-functional AI initiative backlog
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives based on business objectives and user feedback
• Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of product management or related experience with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional technology initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise and Workato for automation and integration workflows
• Demonstrated AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tools for documentation and process design
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes across multiple functional domains
• Experience with project and product management platforms such as Asana or Jira
