Senior IT Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Product & Experience pillar of the Platform Engineering Hub, the remote Senior IT Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the enterprise Internal Developer Platform, focusing on developer experience outcomes and self-service engineering capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale Internal Developer Platforms
- Establish developer experience programs and create self-service engineering capabilities
- Integrate engineering ecosystems and apply product management disciplines to enhance adoption and productivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, or Infrastructure teams
- Proven leadership in IDP strategy and adoption
- Experience with budget and roadmap ownership
- Familiarity with IDP, Platform Engineering, DevEx, Service Catalogs, GitOps, IaC, and CI/CD
