Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a critical Quote to Cash Implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation programs focused on the billing domain
• Act as the primary IT liaison to the implementation partner for system design and delivery
• Drive coordination across Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure solution design consistency

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex IT transformation programs in the billing domain
• In-depth knowledge of Order Management, Billing Management, and Revenue Recognition processes
• Exemplary leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
• PMP certification is required
• Preferred experience with Salesforce CPQ and other billing platforms
